By using the App, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to modify the photos you submit
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from individuals appearing in the photos you edit, where required by law
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You will not use the App to create misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• You are solely responsible for any content you create using the App
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

4. Purchases and Payments

The App offers in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
• Credits purchased do not expire
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos. The processed photos you create using the App are yours to use. The App, including its design, features, code, and technology, remains our exclusive intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Create content that violates any law or infringes on others' rights
• Harass, defame, or harm any person
• Create deceptive or fraudulent imagery
• Distribute malware or harmful code

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. AI-Generated Results

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated results. Image outputs may vary depending on the source photo, lighting, and other factors. You acknowledge that AI processing may produce imperfect results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
