1. No Personal Information Required

UNCOUPLE does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal information. You can use the app completely anonymously.

2. How We Process Your Photos

When you use UNCOUPLE to remove someone from a photo:

• Your photos are securely uploaded for processing
• Our AI identifies and removes the selected person from your images
• The processed photos are returned to your device

We do not store facial recognition data or associate any facial information with a personal identity. Face data is used solely to perform the removal you requested and is not retained after processing. No biometric profiles are created or retained.

3. Data Storage

To provide the History feature in the app, your original and processed photos are stored securely. This allows you to access your previous sessions and download your photos again. Your photos are linked to an anonymous identifier and are not connected to your name, email, Apple ID, or any other personal information.

4. Your Right to Delete

You can delete all your data at any time from within the app. When you choose to delete your data, all stored photos and processing history associated with your anonymous identifier are permanently removed. This does not affect any purchased credits or anonymous identifiers required for the app to function. Deletion of photos and history is permanent and irreversible.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

6. We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or share your photos or any data with third parties. Your photos are used solely to provide the service you requested. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

7. Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data to understand how the app is used and to improve our service. This includes general usage patterns, app performance metrics, and crash reports. Analytics data is not linked to your identity or your photos.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage. All connections to our servers are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

9. Children's Privacy

UNCOUPLE is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
